1. Publisher Information

The Listed AI mobile application is published by WIL7, a French sole proprietorship specialized in mobile and web app development.

2. Purpose of the App

Listed AI is a mobile application available on iOS (Apple App Store) and Android (Google Play Store) that automatically generates listings from photos provided by the user. Through artificial intelligence, the app suggests a title, description, and estimated price for items meant to be sold on third-party platforms.

3. Access and Use

  • The app requires a stable internet connection to work properly.
  • It is intended for users aged 13 years and older.
  • The user is responsible for the accuracy of all submitted content, including uploaded images.

4. How the Service Works

The AI analyzes up to 4 photos and generates a listing (title, estimated price, and description).

Price estimates are for informational purposes only. They may be incorrect or inaccurate. The user is solely responsible for setting the final sale price.

The AI may misinterpret visible items in the photos. No guarantee is given as to the accuracy or relevance of the generated content.

5. Third-Party Platforms

Listed AI offers shortcuts to listing creation pages on the following platforms:

  • Vinted
  • Leboncoin
  • Depop
  • Vestiaire Collective
  • Etsy

The app does not auto-fill fields or connect directly to these services. Listed AI is not affiliated with or representative of any of these platforms.

6. Prohibited Content

Uploading or generating the following content is strictly forbidden:

  • Nudity or sexually explicit material
  • Drugs, medications, or illegal substances
  • Weapons or dangerous items
  • Animals (alive or dead)
  • Government-issued documents (IDs, passports, etc.)
  • Violent or disturbing content

Any violation may lead to immediate content removal or account suspension.

7. Ownership and Responsibility

  • Photos remain the property of the user.
  • Generated texts belong to the user if used outside of the app.
  • The user is solely responsible for any uploaded images.
  • The publisher is responsible only for content used within the app; external use is entirely under the user's responsibility.

8. Paid Subscriptions

Listed AI offers a premium plan called Listed AI PRO, available via monthly or annual subscriptions.

  • The annual plan includes a 3-day free trial.
  • After the trial, the subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period.
  • On iOS, payment is charged to the user's Apple account. On Android, payment is processed through Google Play.
  • Users can manage or cancel their subscription via App Store settings (iOS) or Google Play Store settings (Android).

9. Changes to User Status

The Listed AI team reserves the right to upgrade a free user to PRO status at its discretion, for testing, support, or reward purposes.

Downgrades from PRO to free are only possible in the following cases:

  • voluntary cancellation,
  • expiration or payment failure,
  • or serious violation of the Terms or Privacy Policy.

10. Data Usage

a) Collected Data

The app collects:

  • First name, last name, email address, username
  • Uploaded images
  • Listing history
  • Analytics data for service improvement (Firebase Analytics)
  • Advertising attribution signals (TikTok SDK)
  • Push notification tokens (if authorized)

b) Hosting

Application data (e.g., Firestore, Storage) is hosted on Firebase (Google Cloud) within the European Union. Certain analytics and advertising measurement processing (e.g., via Firebase Analytics or ad SDKs) may involve transfers outside the EEA; where this occurs, processing is performed with appropriate safeguards (including EU Standard Contractual Clauses). c) Deletion

Users may delete their account at any time, which results in:

  • Permanent removal of all personal data (first name, last name, email, username)
  • Deletion of uploaded images
  • Anonymized listings may be retained for internal purposes

d) Push Notifications

The app may send push notifications to keep you informed:

  • Transactional notifications: listing generation complete, account updates
  • Promotional notifications: new features, special offers (with your consent)

You can disable notifications at any time via your device settings (iOS or Android) or the app. Promotional notifications are only sent if you have provided consent.

e) User Rights

In accordance with the GDPR, users may access, modify, or delete their personal data at any time by contacting: support@listedai.app

11. Content Usage Rights

By using Listed AI, the user grants WIL7 a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license:

  • to use uploaded images for technical and commercial purposes
  • to use anonymized data for service improvement and research

These rights expire once the user deletes the related listings or account.

12. Subscriptions and Payments

  • The app offers both a free version and a PRO subscription available via monthly or yearly billing.
  • In-App Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) on iOS and by Google (Google Play) on Android.
  • Refunds must be requested directly through the respective platform (Apple or Google).

13. Termination

WIL7 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's access in the event of:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or abusive use
  • Clear violation of French or EU law

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, users agree to attempt amicable resolution before any legal proceedings.

15. Changes

WIL7 reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be notified via in-app notice or email. Continued use of the app implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Advertising and Sponsored Content

Listed AI displays in-app advertising via Google AdMob and Unity Ads, including banners, interstitials, and rewarded video ads.

Our advertising partners include:

  • Google AdMob - for banner ads, interstitial ads, and rewarded video ads
  • Unity Ads - for banner ads, interstitial ads, and rewarded video ads
  • TikTok SDK - for advertising campaign measurement and optimization
  • Other advertising partners may be added in the future

Types of advertisements: The application may display banner advertisements, interstitial ads (full-screen), and rewarded video ads. Rewarded video ads allow free-tier users to unlock additional listings (up to 2 times per day) in exchange for watching an advertisement.

These partners may collect technical data (device type, IP address, advertising identifiers) to deliver personalized advertisements, in accordance with their respective privacy policies:

17. Limitation related to third-party services

The app relies on third-party services (analytics, attribution, advertising). WIL7 does not guarantee the accuracy, continuous availability, or error-free nature of the data or reports provided by those services and shall not be liable for damages arising from their unavailability, errors, or changes in operation.

18. Intellectual Property

The name "Listed AI", the associated logos, visual identity elements, icons, and graphic designs are the exclusive property of WIL7. A trademark registration application for "Listed AI" has been filed with the Institut National de la Propriété Industrielle (INPI) in France, and international protection may be sought.

Any reproduction, imitation, use, or adaptation — whether total or partial — of the Listed AI name, logo, or any distinctive sign associated with the service, without the prior written consent of WIL7, is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal proceedings under applicable intellectual property and unfair competition laws.

The source code, algorithms, user interface designs, and all other elements composing the Listed AI application are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, decompilation, or redistribution is prohibited.

All third-party trademarks, names, and product names mentioned in the application (including but not limited to Vinted, Leboncoin, Depop, Vestiaire Collective, eBay, Etsy, Apple, Google, App Store, Google Play) remain the property of their respective owners. Listed AI does not use any third-party logos; only their brand colors are referenced within the application for informational purposes. Their mention does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

19. Referral Program

Listed AI includes a Referral Program that allows users to generate a unique alphanumeric referral code and share it with friends. When a friend redeems a valid referral code, both the referrer (code owner) and the redeemer receive a temporary non-monetary reward (currently 12 hours of PRO access).

Participation in the referral program is free and optional. Self-redemption (using your own code) and multiple redemptions by the same user are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Privacy and consent: Users must only share referral codes with people who have consented to receive them. WIL7 never contacts referred friends directly and does not store their personal data until they create an account and sign up for Listed AI. This approach complies with GDPR requirements for referral programs.

WIL7 may suspend or terminate the referral program, or invalidate specific codes, if there is evidence of misuse, fraud, spam, or violation of these Terms. Rewards are non-transferable and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
